Trust Exchange was born from a simple observation: our world is more connected than ever, yet genuine relationships are increasingly rare. Social media encourages us to broadcast curated personas, to hide behind brands and filters instead of showing up as our true selves. So we imagined a space where people could trade time, skills and knowledge without résumés, status or financial barriers. A place where trust becomes the new currency.
Hi! I’m Camille, French by origin, Swiss by current address, and genuinely at home nowhere and everywhere. Growing up across cultures taught me early that the most interesting things happen at intersections; between people who don’t usually share a room, between systems or stakeholders that don’t usually talk. That conviction has driven everything I’ve built.
I helped build the world’s first venture platform for nature and biodiversity. In just 3 years, it grew from an idea to 500 global applications, supporting 20+ teams, and driving over $1M in early-stage investment for nature solutions.
My whole career, I’ve found myself working at intersections: between startups and investors, corporates and regulators, local communities and NGOs. That “messy middle” is where I do my best work. Today I bring that same instinct to organizations and founders who are ready to grow beyond their current circle.
